When lifting materials at a large slope ,sidewall conveyor belt is always being selected. Sidewall conveyor belt is used to avoid materials
Spilling. This system can convey materials vertically and also can work at a large slope from 0 degree to 90 degrees, and allow heavy load materials conveying.
Applications;
Harbors, metallurgic industry, mining, electric power plants, coal industry, foundries, architecture, grain industry, cement industry, fertilizer industry etc.
Material of Carcass
The carcass of the base belt can be EP, NN or CC fabric, clients can choose freely from them according to their own requests.

The belt can convey materials from horizontal to the inclined or vice verse freely.

Sidewall height ranges from 40mm to 400mm
Cleats
Cleats are also hot vulcanized on the base belt
Fabric inside cleats protect cleats from deformation caused by impact.
